The Performance Improvement Unit focuses on best practices related to efficiency and productivity. With a focus on improving processes and performance, it applies specific tools to gain insight into the organization and measure the effectiveness of its processes. We primarily concentrate our performance improvement initiatives around critical areas, including clinical outcomes, patient experiences, and organizational operational waste.
