Visiting the patient plays an important role in raising his morale, helps in enhancing his optimal response to treatment, and works to draw a smile and alleviate the suffering of the disease.
The following instructions are set to ensure the safety and comfort of our patients and their families.
It is forbidden to have more than one visitor to the patient
Wash or sanitize hands before visiting the patient
Do not shake hands with the patient and other patients for their safety, as hands are an ideal carrier of viruses and bacteria, which poses a threat to their health
It is strictly forbidden to bring food, pillows, and mattresses from outside the hospital
Stay away from negative talks and speak positively to the patient
Preserve the patient's privacy, and avoid asking about the details of his/her illness
Speak in a humble voice with the patient and not disturb other patients
Maintain hospital instructions and regulations
Do not use the mobile phone near medical equipment and devices so as not to over-perform them
Do not stay longer than the visiting time given to see the patient
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside and outside the hospital
The visiting times in The Royal Hospital
Sunday to Thursday:
Wards: from 3 pm to 6 pm.
Intensive care unit: from 5 pm to 6 pm.
Friday, Saturday and official holidays
Wards: Mornings from 10 am to 12 pm, and in the evenings from 3 pm to 6 pm.
Intensive care unit:
Mornings from 11 am to 12 pm, and evenings from 5 pm to 6 pm.
In the blessed month of Ramadan
8 pm to 10 pm.
